Concept Grading

I have been submitting my cards through Concept Grading or Concept city or whatever they are being called now for grading to PSA. However in the past months, my card came back with an upcharge which seems far beyond what I am supposed to be charged with. I went to the previous graders that I used to go to, and they have informed me that I was being overcharged. Then of course I went to ask the graders what in the world happened. Up till date they HAVEN'T and DO NOT want to give me proper transparency on how much my card is actually being upcharged for, because we all know that PSA gives an invoice in regards to this. Unethical bunch of people, especially the owner of the company due to whatever drama that happened with the other concept. Rot comes from the top. Handle with care whenever you submit high value products to this company.
